ANOTHER POSSIBLE ILLEGAL ALIEN SLIPPED THROUGH THE CRACKS TO KILL WITH A CAR?
***FULL ARREST RECORD*** ***COMPLETECOLORADO.COM*** July 26, 2009 CompleteColorado.com has obtained the full Colorado Bureau of Investigation rap sheet for Jose Hernandez-Castellanos, currently facing vehicular homicide charges in Aurora. Much like the case of Francis Hernandez, accused of three counts of vehicular homicide last year also in Aurora, the nationality of Hernandez-Castelleanos is in doubt. And also like Francis Hernandez, Jose Hernandez-Castellanos also has had several contacts with local law enforcement. According to original reports, Hernandez-Castellanos was in an alleged street race in Aurora with another man, Benny Sitinjak. But it was 62 year-old Walter Oleksinski of Aurora, a man not participating in the alleged race, that was killed. The full CBI criminal report on Hernandez-Castellanos is exactly 2 pages long, shows numerous name combinations, and offers four different "entries" under the "place(s) of birth" field. hernandezcastellanos Via email, Lieutenant Chuck DeShazer with the Aurora P.D. told CompleteColorado.com that, "I would note...only one detainer was initially placed on Hernandez and it was lifted the next day." Aurora Police officers do not have the jurisdiction or authority to explain the actions of ICE officials. CompleteColorado.com also obtained the CBI criminal history of Sitinjak, and that report appeared to only contain entries related to the incident at hand. This report by CompleteColorado.com directly contradicts an earlier statement (at least where Castellanos is concerned) by the Aurora Sentinel that, "According to Colorado Bureau of Investigation records, neither Castellanos or Sitinjak have been arrested before in Colorado." ***END OF REPORT***
