Complete Colorado’s 2026 election ballot guide roundup

Editor’s note: Additional ballot guides will be added as they become known, please send to info@completecolorado.com).

Colorado voters are looking at a whopping 14 statewide questions on the November ballot. The weighty mix of  constitutional amendments and statutory changes range from a right to hunt and fish (Amendment 83) to a ban on sex change surgeries for minors (Proposition 135), and from a complete upending of Colorado’s income tax structure (Amendment 87) to a major rewrite of the Taxpayers’ Bill of Rights (TABOR) revenue limits (Proposition NN).

A handful of Colorado school districts, including the three largest (Denver, Jeffco and Douglas County) are asking for a bigger bite of property taxes, while the fledgling Front Range passenger rail scheme (aka “CoCo”) wants a regional sales tax hike (Ballot Issue 7A).  The recently formed Yampa Valley transportation authority is also asking regional voters to dig deeper in their pockets.

Local tax and debt questions litter ballots across the state.

Complete Colorado has compiled a list of ballot guides from a variety of sources to help you sort through it all, with a heavy emphasis on the plethora of statewide issues.
