This governor’s disdain for agriculture and rural Colorado was evident – as was expected – by the absence of any aid those outside of the I-25 corridor
Don’t let the government tell you how and under what conditions to give thanks; they have no authority to do so.
Simply put, Proposition 116 gives voters the power to provide themselves with the relief that the General Assembly refused to deliver.
